Mechanical, electrical and public health building services engineering design for the Cat A refurbishment and Cat B fit out of the 1st and 3rd Floors at Waterhouse, 41 Spring Gardens, Manchester M2 2BG for Novo Property Group. Part of an ongoing refurbishment of the full building also includes Ground Floor entrance refresh, Basement level welfare facilities including Yoga Studio, showers, lockers and cycle storage and new roof terrace.

Grade II listed former National Provincial Bank dating to 1890 and designed by Alfred Waterhouse, now in office use. Ground Floor main entrance and commercial unit, Basement welfare facilities, 1st to 5th Floor offices, roof terrace.
