Duties
Performance duties design for mechanical, electrical and public health services, utilities procurement, tender appraisal, construction phase monitoring, witnessing of commissioning and full involvement with the handover programmes at practical completion.
The completed 79 Mosley Street will comprise 19,047 sq. ft. of new office space over four floors; 7,498 sq. ft. of retail and leisure on the ground floor and basement; with bike storage including showers and lockers. The building will accommodate approx. 260 people in offices.
