  • Refurbishment of existing building

  • Creation of 1 no. basement unit for A1 (retail), A3 (restaurants/cafes), A4 (drinking establishments), B1 (offices) and 1No. ground floor unit for A1 (retail), A3 (restaurants/cafes), A4 (drinking establishments)

  • Offices (Class B1) above (floors 1 to 5)

  • Internal demolition works, excavation works to create a level basement

  • Construction of replacement floors and associated internal structure

  • Mansard roof extension, roof-top plant

  • Refurbishment of the facade and windows

  • Exposure / reinstatement of original shop frontage (77a Mosley Street) and associated works

Duties

 

Performance duties design for mechanical, electrical and public health services, utilities procurement, tender appraisal, construction phase monitoring, witnessing of commissioning and full involvement with the handover programmes at practical completion.

The completed 79 Mosley Street will comprise 19,047 sq. ft. of new office space over four floors; 7,498 sq. ft. of retail and leisure on the ground floor and basement; with bike storage including showers and lockers. The building will accommodate approx. 260 people in offices.
